You will find a good supply to make your own ranch breakfast to get the day started. The cabin is stocked for each visit with makings for pancakes, cereal, eggs, coffee and more. When the chickens are active, you’re free to go get the freshest eggs you’ve ever had.
Cooking: Kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, full complement of cookware (pots, pans, etc.) and dishes, plus a propane barbecue grill on the porch. Cleaning supplies stocked as well.
Sleeping: Bedroom with queen bed, living room with queen-size futon. Linens and blankets are provided. Comfortably sleeps four — more with sleeping bags.
Woodstove and heaters to keep the chill off. Full bathroom with shower. All towels provided. We’ve even got towels for your dogs.
Ranch layout: The cabin is about 100 yards from the main house and across the ranch road from the main barn. A covered front porch is a relaxing place to read, chat, or watch for deer. Your view out the living room is of Dixie Butte, the 7,000-foot peak to the south of the ranch.
Electronics: The cabin has no tv, cable, or internet. If you must stay in touch with the world, you can access our wifi network right off the front porch of the main house — all while gazing at Dixie Butte. Phone service is available at the house for limited calls.
